Training to the MAX
I felt like I needed to post an update about how my training is going. My days begin at 4:45am and finally end around 9:30pm. I’m putting tons of hours in at the gym and concentrating on my diet. I won’t be posting in-depth details of my training mainly for the respect of my trainer! But there is still plenty to talk about!
I’ve been practicing posing and walking in my FIVE inch heels. It’s an experience! The amount of cardio I’m doing has skyrocketed and my lifting workouts are basically the same as they were before. In the first week I lost 3.4 pounds (mostly water weight) and the changes in my body are already happening! Most importantly, I’M LOVING EVERY MOMENT OF IT. Even though it’s not always easy, I feel like I’m in my element and I can’t get enough of it. The challenge keeps me going.
Cheeseburgers are still my absolute favorite cheat meal! I can’t get over them! I’m SSSOOOOOO glad Tyler enjoys the same type of cheat meals. That’s just ONE of the many reasons why I love him so much!
Lily also enjoys sitting next to me as I eat breakfast every morning. No, she doesn’t sit on my lap! She’s not allowed on counter tops or my table so she sits in the chair next to me. She also knows she’s not allowed to sit on my lap while I eat (only homework) but she sometimes tries to climb on the back of my chair. Naughty, naughty.
ANYHOW… I’m so glad I started this experience. I’m also EXTREMELY thankful for my trainer. Without her, I’d be lost and definitely so far from my goal. She has taught me so much and I’m learning more and more every week. I want to leave everyone with a silly video Tyler took of me while at posing practice a few weeks ago… TA TA FOR NOW!

My trainer is a local trainer. I found out about her because of the local nutrition store that I go to. Her husband owns it so it ended up working out well!
For some I think online works well… especially if they have a lot of experience already. Because this is my first show, I really want the face-to-face work with someone. I workout with her once a week and it’s crazy how much I’ve learned. Tiny details about form and other tips have made a huge impact for me!
